Electronic Position Description System (ePDS)
What is ePDS?
ePDS is a NASA-developed, user-friendly, web-based application that will enable comprehensive and accurate documentation and classification of NASA-specific position requirements and duties. This feature will enhance our ability to recruit candidates that possess the skills necessary to support the Agency’s mission. The Electronic Position Description System (ePDS) is accessible
through an Internet browser, therefore a Position Description (PD) Developer, Supervisor/Manager, or HR Specialist can complete the
classification process quickly and efficiently from anywhere.
How to access ePDS
ePDS access is granted to PD Developers, Supervisors/Managers, and HR Specialists that will develop position descriptions for their employees and potential hires. To obtain access to ePDS, you will need to send an e-mail to any of the ePDS Center Administrators.
